Even the dishwasher and bussers should have restaurant food safety training because you never know when one of them may need to step into a starring role. We provide the study materials, classroom presentation, proctored examination and certificate. Students obtain the booklet ahead of time, so they can prepare for the class and have a greater chance of passing their certification on the first try.
